TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING:
Prices are based on full ocupancy of 8 people.
INCLUDED in the weekly rental price:
bedlinen (changed weekly)
bathroom towels (once/twice a week - as needed)
spot cleaning: mid week – if desired
NOT INCLUDED:
residence tax – 1€ p.p.p. day – payable on arrival (children under 12 years free)
registration – 5 € per person just once
cleaning – 40€ – book in advance please
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
25% deposit is required to reserve the villa
Payment receipt will be sent
Balance is payable 3 weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer
CANCELLATION:
In case of cancellation, the following applies:
up to 60 days before arrival: deposit refunded in full
up to 30 days before arrival: 35% of deposit refunded
up to 15 days before arrival: 15% of full price refunded
up to 7 days before arrival: 10% of full price refunded
under 7 days before arrival: 0% refunded
ARRIVAL:
Between 15.00-19.00h – earlier/later by prior arangement.
AN INSURANCE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF 400€ IS REQUIRED (in cash) on arrival. It will be returned in full when departing and after checking no damage/brackage ocurred. Inventory to be signed.
DEPARTURE:
Departure is by 9.00 am on the day. Later if possible.
It is kindly requested that the departing clients clean the apartment to the level they found it. This in turn helps us to prepare it quickly for the new arrival. If you prefer, you can book the cleaning of the apartment for 40€. Please notify us when booking/in advance please.
