The daily prices are expressed in Euro per mobile home and include following services:
- Rent, electricity, warm and cold water.
- Final cleaning (excluding the kitchen and dishes which have to be cleaned by the client and left in perfect order).
- Bed-sheets with weekly change (bed not prepared) and two towels per person with change once a week
- Technical assistance.
- Minimal sojourn 7 days from 30.06.-01.09. (arrivals and departures on saturdays) and minimum stay 4 days for all other periods.
PAYMENT
When the reservation is confirmed, a deposit of 250 euro should be payed by bank money-order to our foregin currency account no. 71015000 - 3880176 by "Erste & Steiermärkische Bank d.d. " in Rijeka, Jadranski trg 3a, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. SWIFT CODE: ESBCHR22.

For accommodation in Mobilhome you have to pay the remaining part of the total sum at least 15 days before the service is required.
On receipt of the entire amount the agency will e-mail you the original Voucher to your e-mail address. You should hand in this Voucher directly at the reception desk of the camping Oliva.
* Residence tax per person daily:
- I, II,III, IV, V, X, XI, XII month = 0,80 €
- VI, VII, VIII, IX = 1 €
No residence tax for children under 12, from 12-18 years 50%
Registration tax = 2 € just once
Prices in this price list are for stays of at least 4 days. For stays shorter than 4 days, the price is increased by 30%.
The arrival must occur on the fixed date between 2 PM and 9 PM. In case of delay the guest must advise in time the KOMPAS RABAC. Otherwise the mobile house shall be kept free only for another day, after which it may be rented again.
It is forbidden to give hospitality to more persons then allowed by the number of beds indicated on our offer. Children are considered as adults. Pets can be brought only if allowed by KOMPAS RABAC. The use of stoves or electric heaters is forbidden. All guests are obliged to respect the house regulations with particular attention to the rules concerning the quiet especially during the afternoon and night time.
All the apartments are completely furnished and equipped with gas stove, set of kitchen ware (pots, dishes, glasses, kitchenware) running cold and warm water, fridge and 220 volt plugs. A blanket and pillow and bed-sheets are available for each bed. The guests are kindly asked to bring table linen and tea towels.
The apartment has to be left free within 10:00 AM in the morning of the departure date and during the office hours. On request, KOMPAS RABAC may allow the departure during the night or during the hours that the office is closed. The apartment must be left clean, free from garbage with the kitchenware washed, the refrigerator empty and the kitchen in perfect order.
The guest should take the maximum care of the apartment and of its equipment (kitchenware, refrigerator, mattresses, etc.) Complaints regarding the state of the apartment and its equipment shall be accepted only within 24 hours after the arrival. Broken or damaged items must be paid at the price of the pricelist.
We inform our clients that the AC "OLIVA" 's staff is authorized to enter into the apartments also in your absence for eventual repairing and maintenance.
