TYP OF APARTMENTS
TYP 1/2 for 2 pers or  TYP 1/3 for 3 pers. approx 25-40 m2, one bedroom, a kitchen or kichenette, shower or bath, WC, balcony or terrace 
TYP 1/4 for 4 pers. approx 40-60 m2, two bedrooms, a kitchen with dinning room, bath or shower, WC, balcony or terrace.
 TYP 1/6 for 6 pers. approx 60-80 m2, three bedrooms, a kitchen with dinning room or a living room, bath or shower, WC, balcony or terrace.

The price includes: residence tax, electricity, water, dishes, tablecloth, bedclothes, towels and final cleaning. 

What is your task?
You have to select one of the offered arrangements and send an inquiry to the following e-mail address: info@kompas-istra.com , after your reservation has been confirmed you shall immediately make an online booking of a flight with your airline.
When the airline confirms your flight you shall pay 30% of the total arrangement amount to our account within five days from our confirmation of your accommodation and transfer and notify us by mail or fax , and we shall send You the aviso voucher for accommodation , excursion and transfer.

For proper payment to the foreign currency account of the agency the following information will be required:
     -  payer: name and surname of the person who made the reservation and his/her address
     -  to the benefit of: KOMPAS RABAC LABIN LTD

     - purpose of transfer: reservation of “accommodation”

Costs of payment are shared by the guest and the agency so that the guest bears all  the cost of remitter bank and the agency bears the cost of payee bank.

The rest of 70% of the amount shall be payed upon your arrival at our reception desk in cash or by VISA or MASTERCARD. You will be issued the invoice and the original voucher.

In case you do not pay 30% of the total arrangement amount and do not notify us about the payment of the arrangement within five days , the reservation shall be automatically annuled and KOMPAS RABAC shall bear no responsibility regarding possible later payments of reservations. IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION: Do not pay for the arrangement before you book the flight online with your airline!!!
