METHODS OF PAYMENT
While viewing our offer on the Internet, you can click on the “booking” button or the each service offered and you should fill in the form with as many details as possible.
We shall subsequently check whether it is possible to book the desired service and confirm the final price with corresponding costs, as well as the amount of advance payment. If our price and the booking conditions are acceptable, we shall need your final confirmation. After receiving it, we shall e-mail or fax you an order form for advance payment or the payment of the full sum of a package tour.
The advance money, which is a confirmation of the booking, should be paid in the period of 72 hours (effective till 30 th of April), 48 hours (effective from 30 th of April to the end of August) and 24 hours for reservations made 14 days or less before the use of accommodations. After making the payment, you should inform us about it by sending an e-mail or fax (+385 52 856 473) as soon as possible.
Once the advance payment has been made, you willl receive a credit voucher; whereas, upon the payment of the total sum, you willl receive a voucher with details about your reservation – i.e. package tour.
*reservations for less than 3 days are charged 30% more than the basic price (this does not include the tourist tax)
Different methods of payment are possible:
1. Cash payment in our office on the following address: Slobode bb , 52221 Rabac, Croatia
2. Payment via bank transfer to the foreign currency account of the agency:
For proper payment to the foreign currency account of the agency the following information will be required:
- payer: name and surname of the person who made the reservation and his/her address

Costs of payment are shared by the guest and the agency so that the guest bears all the cost of remitter bank and the agency bears the cost of payee bank.
3. Online credit card payment: Eurocard/Mastercard
Upon clicking on the «Online payment» section, a form that must be filled out and sent online will appear on the screen. Your personal information is protected by the THAWTE SSL security protocol.

By using our online credit card payment, you choose the terms of payment. By sending us the Booking Form, we are given authorization to charge the amount according to the chosen terms of payment (full payment at the time of reservation or advance at the time of reservation).
The amount is stated in croatian kunas (HRK).
4. Offline credit card payment: Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard
Note:
